I've decided to set up this site to share my cake creations. I am self taught with some very helpful hints and suggestions from my Chef husband. Here you can see my early works as well as my more recent cakes. I enjoy doing traditional designs as much as coming up with custom designs to suit different requests. Mini Chocolate Breakfast Cake!

My beautiful Daughter turned 13 June 3rd. So for breakfast I made her a 6" homemade from scratch, chocolate cake covered in chocolate fondant, topped with a kinder egg and a fondant rose. Yes, I let her eat it for breakfast. No I did not get up early to do it - I stayed up late the night before and did it after she went to bed ;- ) . She took some to school and shared the rest with her father and brother.
