Greta B's Cake Creations

I've decided to set up this site to share my cake creations. I am self taught with some very helpful hints and suggestions from my Chef husband. Here you can see my early works as well as my more recent cakes. I enjoy doing traditional designs as much as coming up with custom designs to suit different requests. Dora cake

I really need to keep this up to date. Here are some recent cakes.
The Dora cake I made for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday. She also wanted an ice cream cake so the two complemented each other (cake and ice cream are always a good combination). My camera was out of commission so someone else took the pics for me. The shape and idea for the cake came from a coloring page. It was done all in butter cream with a star tip. I did this cake in May, 2009.
